How to Return a Product

1. Contact Us
   Email us at https://pregnancypillow.store/ with the following details:
   • Your order number.
   • The product you wish to return.
   • The condition of the product:
     • If unused, confirm it is unwashed and retains its original packaging and labels.
     • If used, let us know that you’ve tried it.
   • The reason for your return:
     • It didn’t meet my expectations.
     • I changed my mind.
     • Size did not fit: too small.
     • Size did not fit: too large.
     • Other (please explain).
2. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please note that for international and EU orders, the cost of return shipping is not covered by us.
3. Follow Return Instructions
   Once you receive our instructions, return the product accordingly.
4. Processing Time
   Allow 2–4 weeks for the shipping, processing, and refund to reflect in your account.

How to Exchange a Product

To exchange a product:

• Place a new order for the desired item on our webshop.
• Return the unwanted item following the return process outlined above.

Important:
Exchanges for individual items within a pillow kit are not available. The entire kit—including the inner pillow, cover, pebbles, and travel bag—must be returned for an exchange.

Warranty Policy

Our products are thoughtfully designed for daily use during pregnancy, nursing, and beyond. When properly cared for, following the washing and care instructions, they are built to last.

Warranty Coverage:
We warrant products against confirmed defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date when used for their intended purpose.

What is not covered:

• General wear and tear.
• Damage from failure to follow care instructions.
• Stains or spills.
• Normal decompression of the microbead filling.
• Products purchased through unauthorized sellers.

Care Guidelines:

• Always use Pregnancy Pillows and Nursing Pillows with a cover.
• Inner pillows must be handwashed. Machine washing will void the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you receive a faulty product:

1. Email us at https://pregnancypillow.store/ with your order number, a detailed description, and a photo of the issue.
2. Upon approval of your claim, we’ll send you a replacement.

For products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly, as their warranty and return policies apply.
